An information hub that takes its name from the Morioka dialect phrase for welcome. On the second floor is the Tourism and Culture Information Plaza, as well as souvenirs, Japanese restaurants and cafes. On the sixth floor is the Morioka Museum of Letters, which displays letters and diaries of some of Morioka’s most prominent past sons and daughters.
